Can you deduct from your taxes things you used your FLexible Spending Account to purchase?

If you used your FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT from work (was was tax free money) can you then submit it for tax deductible purpose….. How would they know one way or another.??

I have flexible credit, not phone credit and when I try to get myself the 1 month membership on Club Penguin, It wont work because the phone company won’t let me text because you pay the money in the text and flexible credit won’t work :S Is there a way around this?
