whats a flexible schedule?

because i am applying for a job and it ask if i am able to work a flexible schedule

Flexible schedule means if you’re available a lot; you put down a lot of hours on your availability. For example: if you can only work four hours a day from 6-10pm five days a week, that is NOT flexible at all, hahaha.

    a flexible scheduale is where you can do the stuff you need to when you feel like it
