    Hi Kate, I work At Compusa In Puerto Rico, and let me tell you, sometimes I’ve noticed my co-workers being really geeky with our customers, lol poor customers look really really lost sometimes, I think that unless a customer is really geeky like them… they should explain technology like I do when I’m talking to my 13 year old little sister.

    FlexTime only works when it is started from the top and accepted by managers..otherwise this is a lost cause!

    I think service , not only in Florida, these days, is really poor. I know in my business, I work the schedule that works for me. This is surely more convenient but it doesn’t always improve my disposition…I still but lottery tickets..

    Most retail businesses work in this fashion. They all have lousey service. It’s the norm for South Florida.
