What is a decent pay for a babysitter for a 3-year-old girl in NYC, who works Part-time, but very flexible, with no fixed schedule, always on call and ready to come when I call her? generally 4-5 days per week for a few hours? I call about 3 hours in advance and she comes whenever I need her. I guess hourly pay would not work in this case.
