If you work out but are also really flexible does it mean it will be like you never gained muscle?
I mean like tightening your muscles and then lengthening them.

    You can work out as long as you want an can never gain muscle it depends on what kind of exercises you do you you walk/jog/run or do pilates then you are toning your muscles.

    Way to gain muscle is to eat lots of protein such as Meat, Beans, Milk and do weight-training such as lifting weights.
