My husband is working in US since 9 years and we plan to move to India after 5-6 years once we get citizenship. He is a network eng for a very good company and his current salary is 110k. He will be manager of his group in couple of months. We are interested in Pune but flexible in this matter. How are the salaries and work culture? will he have to work long hours and pls give a good salary estimate. Also, do companies pay in US salaries? Thanks a lot in advance.
