I have retail exprience, I have worked at one other clothing store. I was wondering if they are flexible with their hours, what is the longest shift you usually work? Also at the clothing store I worked at you were able to pick the days and what time of the day you were available to work, can u do that at express? Another thing I wondered about was the interview, when I went to the interview to work at Hollister is was a group interview which made it alot easier, I was wondering if the interviews at express were like that! Any information would be great! thanks

To be honest, Express has been my first experience with retail. I have always waitressed, but with college and all, the hours haven’t been so wonderful. Express has been awesome in so many ways! The atmosphere is great and the people are the best. The shifts are usually about 4-6 hours making them perfect. All scheduling is done online, which means you can set your EXACT availability to fit your needs. If you need a day off, you just schedule it off in advance. I have gotten every single day that I have requested so far, and I have been with Express for over 5 months now. As far interview, it was one on one with the store manager. Make sure to go over your availability with whom ever is interviewing you to make sure that you fit their needs. If you are really interested then you should try it! Good luck!
