I soon felt my arms to be less flexible and my muscles in my arm to tighten up. After my workout I could not lift my arms up to it’s normal height (Let’s say I couldn’t lift them past my shoulders). Is this normal, or was did I workout incorrectly?

I know I need to get one, and I wouldn’t mind working because I’m paying for half my Greece trip, but there are a lot of things that I want to do or am going to do this summer…and it just feels like I won’t be able to do anything cuz of my job (yes, I know that’s life, but…). =P

How flexible would they be? What would be the maximum I could miss? Any information would be greatly appreciated…thanks ^_^
