Is there a plastic that is flexible and will quickly return to it’s usual shape after being bent or twisted?

I need such a plastic (or rubber or foam or other light material) for a project I am working on.

It needs to be able to snap back to it’s original shape very quickly, under a second, and to be able to do this even after being bent or twisted for months or years.

Where Does the Money Go from a flexible spending account?

I have a medical flexible spending account through my employer.

I have a certain amount deducted out of each pay period and have access to tax free funds throughout the year to cover various medical expenses including co-pays, prescription drugs, dental work, etc…

The account is a “use it or lose it” type thing. So my question is….if you don’t use it….and you end up losing it…where does the money go?

I really don’t see how that can possible be legal as this is money that you have earned. Why can’t you just have the excess at the end of the year rolled back into your pay and taxed at a normal rate?

Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any routines i could use to get more flexible? or any ideas on stretches, spcific ideas? i know i kinda already asked this but it didnt really work the last time and this time it is different. Also do you know any good strecthing songs? i m 11

Where online can I buy Aladine Flexible Sealing Wax? Just the wax, without seals and handles. I’m running out and am only interested in the french brand Aladine because is works very well. Thank you!
No luck, amazon doesn’t carry it. And either does ebay have it.

How can I become flexible enough to do the splits?

Okay so I have been stretching every day for awhile now, but I don’t think this is helping me get to be able to do the splits. I wan to be able to do this for high school drill team tryouts in April, but I wanna start working on it now. Any tips on how to stretch for this?

Does being more flexible make you a more faster runner?

I just started running track for my school. I am pretty fast but I am and always very stiff. (Can`t even touch my toes). I never really stretched like was supposed to, I really just started doing regular stretches before practice. I am trying to increase my speed so I was wondering, Does it work to your advantage and make you more faster if you are more flexible? And if so, How?

I’m fairly skinny but am putting o a lot of weight that I worked really hard to lose a couple of years. ago. I want to drop about 5 kilos over a couple of months and I just want to tone right up and especially get flexible. What specific exercises can I do to improve fitness, tone and flexibility?

How do I install flexible downspout drain so that it never plugs up again and won’t need replaced again?

I get rotten leaf litter, roofing sand, the colored stuff from 3 tab, and other debree in my drains to the point they stop working, I’m again having to reinstall them, too much work. Mud gets packed in from the drain out end and roof junk at the drain in end.

i am 14 and going to high school next year. i was wondering if you had any tips of how to make it on the high school team. i know i need to loose weight and become alot more flexible then i am right now. do you have any “diet” plans and or work out plans that i can follow. i dont know how to do a cartwheel and i want to be able to do the splits. i need serious help! please answer!
