I’m a competitive gymnast and I’m not very flexible at all. I work my splits all the time and do wall straddles with weights on my legs and it doesn’t seem to help, very much. I’m competing in February. How can I become flexible, faster?

I’m trying to get in better shape, so I want to get more flexible along with working out and everything. So basically, how often should I stretch? I do each stretch for about 20 seconds, and I stretch twice a day. Is that alright?
