Would you say a Dog grooming career is rewarding and flexible?

Wondering what people think of this line of work. Would you say this is a rewarding career or business to have? Is it flexible in a sense that one can go into business for themselves? Also does it have a potential to earn good money? I know it takes dedication and hard work and love, but can it also pay well if you are in business for yourself?

How much would you pay to a very flexible baby sitter in NYC?

What is a decent pay for a babysitter for a 3-year-old girl in NYC, who works Part-time, but very flexible, with no fixed schedule, always on call and ready to come when I call her? generally 4-5 days per week for a few hours? I call about 3 hours in advance and she comes whenever I need her. I guess hourly pay would not work in this case.

Which job would you take: working at a movie theater or as a server at California Pizza Kitchen?

I just got offered two jobs: one to work as an all-around customer service person at a really nice movie theater, and the other to work as a server at CPK. I would not mind doing either one, but I definitely can take only one job. What are the pros and cons for each, and which one would be better financially? Also, which one might work better for a college student in terms of flexible scheduling?

what would be a good part time second job for someone already working 40 hrs a week?

My boyfriend really needs a second job right now, but he already works from 9 to 6 monday – Friday. He was trying to think of somewhere that will allow him to work flexible hours and days. all he really wants to do is just bring some extra money in. I was thinking maybe stocking at a store or being a waiter might work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Would you work at Goodies or at the Airport?

I have a choice between two jobs now and I’m a college student. At the airport and and Goodies. The airport offers as much as $7.50/hour and goodies offers a rate of about $7.00/hour. Although the airport pays more, Goodies offers a more flexible schedule and could potentially be less work than loading luggage onto an airplane. There aslo could be more hot girls at Goodies than there would be at the air, maby. And the hot girls at the airport are usually going far away. I also hate being a costumer service rep… I also need money, not really bad, but i need it bad. And both places are about equal distance from my house. I have one hour to decide this, what should i do?

If you work for a major Company, Would you?

leave that job for a job at a small Company?
The small company offers

Salary is 50% higher
Benefits are not fantastic but OK
Flexible hours
Less work
Less people to work with

The large Company pays less and more work and my boss doesn’t respect me much… but benefits are better!

What would you do?

My carreer will not be affected since my husband and I are planning to have kids in two or three years and I will be a stay at home mom.

I’ve been going to college for a while now and I still have no idea what I want to do. I’d love to have a respectable career with excellent financial stability, however, my wants and needs may differ from most people’s.

What career would suit these specifications?
- Low-stress
-Excellent benefits
-Minimal travel
-Fun work atmosphere
-Not boring, but not overwhelming workload
-Flexible work schedule
-Respectable, clean, not “infommercial scheme-y”

Anybody?
